Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee a small team and manage day-to-day operations in North Shields and surrounding areas. You will ensure food safety, quality and performance standards while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the operation.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in food manufacturing, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and the ability to manage performance, attendance and development.

Are you an experienced Supervisor with a background in food manufacturing looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage a small team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and performance standards are maintained.

You’ll suit this role if you’re a confident people manager with strong organisational skills and proven experience within the food industry.

The Role

• Managing and supporting a team of around 5 people
