You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. As an Operations Manager, you’ll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll be working alongside the General Manager to oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations. We’re looking for someone with key people skills, who is great at getting the best out of their team by giving them that get-up-and-go!
