Location: London
Salary: Competitive plus discretionary bonus and benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Operations Manager work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7:30am - 8:30pm. You may be rota'd to work weekends and bank holidays.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, fosteringcollaboration among team members and other internal teams to effectively co-ordinate and implement all tasks, actions and processes of the life-cycle management of our large property/multi-site properties. This role will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction through high standards of service delivery (measured by NPS) and delivering an exceptional living and working experience for our residents and colleagues. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a deep understanding of property management principles.
