Job description

We are an energetic and fast-growing dynamic street food restaurant chain with two vibrant venues in London. Our mission is to bring the bold flavours, warm hospitality, and spirit of Middle-Eastern dining to the heart of the city. As we continue to expand our presence, we're looking for a high-energy, go-getter Operations Manager with a strong sales mindset—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to drive both smooth operations and private event sales.

The Role

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves the hustle of hospitality and the thrill of closing a deal. You’ll lead day-to-day operations while also selling and coordinating private dining and event experiences. If you're someone who takes initiative, loves a challenge, and can switch effortlessly between managing teams and pitching event packages—you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

Operations (70%)

  • Manage daily operations across both venues with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
  • Lead and motivate FOH and BOH teams to deliver consistently excellent service
  • Monitor budgets, P&Ls, labour costs, and operational KPIs
  • Refine systems, processes, and SOPs to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards in line with UK regulations
  • Proactively drive private dining, group bookings, and event sales
  • Manage enquiries, create tailored proposals, and conduct venue tours with prospective clients
  • Build relationships with corporates, planners, and local businesses to grow event revenue
  • Oversee execution of all events, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report on event pipeline
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness and promote events

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in hospitality operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in hospitality sales—ideally in private events or group bookings
  • Energetic, driven, and naturally proactive—you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Confident juggling operational responsibilities with sales targets
  • Knowledge of the London restaurant and events scene
  • Passion for hospitality and an interest in Israeli cuisine and culture is a bonus
