Greggs plc seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations across sites in Leeds and Manchester. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence and work closely with various teams to enhance the customer experience while fostering a culture of respect and inclusion. This role offers a salary of approximately £85,000 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including annual leave and medical insurance.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee our fast-paced food manufacturing sites in Leeds and Manchester. This regional role is about making a significant contribution to the development and successful delivery of the manufacturing operations strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will assume full accountability for all manufacturing operations across both sites, overseeing the delivery and improvement of site activities in line with overall business objectives.
You will be a crucial member of the national manufacturing team, leading your sites towards operational excellence. You will drive regional manufacturing excellence while actively engaging with other business functions to ensure an effective and efficient customer experience.
You will also play a key role in shaping the supply chain's future direction and culture.
25 days (5 weeks) annual leave, pro-rated, increasing with service(in addition to bank holidays),plus1 additional floating day
