Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Leeds seeks a strong operational leader to oversee day-to-day hotel operations across F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and front of house, ensuring guest experience remains at the forefront.

You will work with Heads of Department to build strong relationships, drive service standards, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional hospitality and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manager – GM in a smaller property or F&B Operations Manager seeking a step up into Operations Management
• People management experience
• Commercially astute
• Strong knowledge of industry trends
• Highly passionate about hospitality

What will I do?

You will be a strong operational leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel across a multitude of departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house amongst others. You’ll be an engaging Manager, a natural with building strong relationships, working together with the Head of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront!
