Job Title:Operations Manager

Reports to:Managing Director / Director of Operations

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager oversees daily operations including design, production and customer interface. You’ll manage a small team and outsourced partners, support sales and marketing, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. Products include: signage graphics, vehicle graphics, architectural film, and window manifestations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the operational team

• Oversee outsourced suppliers

• Plan and schedule workloads, equipment, and maintenance

• Handle design briefing, approvals and quoting processes

• Guide creation of innovative, high-impact design solutions

• Advise on materials and provide technical/design expertise

• Prepare artwork files and production packs

• Support invoicing, stock control and other financial processes

• Attend client meetings, site surveys, and installs where required

• Assist with marketing and social media

• Maintain high levels of customer service and responsiveness

Skills & Experience:

• Comfortable working under pressure to meet high standards

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A natural team leader with a positive, hands-on attitude

• Valid UK driving licence
