As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of Chartis's operational functions. You will provide operational leadership and hands‑on support across research production, client success, sales operations, finance support, project management and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that internal support functions operate efficiently, key deliverables are achieved on schedule and business processes are continuously improved. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior stakeholders, you will act as a central operational point of coordination across multiple functions. The role requires a proactive and highly organised professional who is comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities while leading a geographically dispersed team and driving operational excellence across the business.
