Are you a dynamic catering professional with a passion for delivering fresh, nutritious meals that make a difference every day?

We're looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead education catering teams and ensure excellence across 15 secondary school sites across East and North London

About the Role

As our Catering Operations Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective catering services to schools within your region. You'll inspire and develop site managers and kitchen teams to provide exceptional food and service that meets both nutritional standards and the expectations of pupils, staff, and parents.

You will :
  • Manage day-to-day catering operations across a portfolio of school sites.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams to achieve consistently high standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resources to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and allergen legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders.
