Job summary

HRC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Glasgow-based manufacturing client. You will lead production operations, manage teams and ensure quality, safety and efficiency across processes.

You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Sales and Operations to meet deadlines and customer requirements, driving continuous improvement and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and processes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with good organisational skills.
• Ability to identify issues, analyse data and make sound decisions.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
