Location: Corby
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, training, motivating, and managing the operational team to ensure optimal performance for Arvato and our customers.

Your Tasks

1. Leading and managing the team to achieve and exceed SLAs
2. Ensuring health, safety, and welfare in line with legislation
3. Distributing work orders and managing employee workloads
4. Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes; planning daily activities
5. Serving as the first point of contact for process and technical faults; forwarding reports to relevant departments
6. Identifying issues and initiating corrective actions; monitoring success
7. Working within the SAP system
8. Collaborating with Workforce planner for resource planning aligned with budgets, forecasts, and client needs
9. Participating in resource planning for staff and infrastructure
10. Creating and evaluating reports
11. Ensuring quality and service level adherence
12. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and warehouse layout, empowering teams to deliver excellence
13. Developing team skills, competencies, and behaviors for career growth and business results
14. Managing people activities

Your Profile

You're a motivated leader with knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You are reliable, punctual, flexible, energetic, enthusiastic, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and customer engagement skills, with regular interaction with clients.
