Job summary

CraigTech Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager with experience in Highway Maintenance, Traffic Management (TM) or Road Barrier (VRS) to join a national contractor based in the Cambridgeshire / South Lincolnshire region.

We have an opportunity for an Operations Manager with experience in Highway Maintenance, Traffic Management (TM) or Road Barrier (VRS) to join a national contractor, based in the Cambridgeshire / South Lincolnshire region.

The successful candidate will manage a busy depot, taking control of all planning, programming and resource mangement for up to 4 gangs.

You will be working closely with internal management, supply chain partners and clients to pre‑plan upcoming activities and organise assigned workstreams, ensuring all operations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
