Liberty Gas Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead renewable retrofit projects across the Midlands region, including Leicester and Coventry. You will drive operational delivery, ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence, and lead high-performing site teams across multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering renewable retrofit projects.
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.

• Lead, manage and develop Site Managers across multiple contracts.
• Oversee progress, programmes and KPI performance to meet deadlines.
• Drive safety, budget control and quality across the Midlands region.
