Moxie People is partnering with a Cardiff charity to recruit a Head of Operations & Patient Experience. The role leads facilities, compliance, and the patient journey, ensuring a welcoming environment where care and compassion sit at the heart of every decision.

You will oversee estates, safety, budgets and supplier management while guiding a redevelopment programme and day-to-day operations to keep the hospice running safely and with empathy.
