Responsibilities

• Lead multiple operational teams across the business.
• Take ownership of OTIF delivery.
• Manage project gross profit and margins.
• Identify and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee purchasing, manufacturing and stock.
• Ensure quality and production standards are maintained.
• Champion Health & Safety compliance.
• Coordinate teams to meet project deadlines.
• Act as the escalation point for complex project issues.
• Maintain accurate invoicing forecasts.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
