Job summary

Reevr in Battle, East Sussex, is seeking a Head of Operations to own the operational function and drive growth. You will lead multiple teams, ensure OTIF delivery, and manage margins while shaping procurement, manufacturing and stock control.

The role requires senior leadership, a track record in manufacturing, and a focus on continuous improvement and safety compliance. An influential position for shaping operations strategy within a growing business.

Are you an experienced Operations Manager or Head of Operations with a background in manufacturing and project delivery?

We’re working with a successful and growing business in Battle who are looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of their operational function and help drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities as the Head of Operations:

• Lead multiple operational teams across the business
