Job summary

Head of Operations in Battle, East Sussex is a full-time position where you will lead multiple operational teams, own OTIF delivery, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and project delivery. We are seeking a candidate with a manufacturing background, senior management experience, and a proven ability to develop teams and manage operational KPIs.

The role also oversees purchasing, stock, quality and safety compliance while guiding project margins and invoicing forecasts.

Are you an experienced Operations Manager or Head of Operations with a background in manufacturing and project delivery?

We're working with a successful and growing business in Battle who are looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of their operational function and help drive continued growth.

Key Responsibilities as the Head of Operations:

• Lead multiple operational teams across the business
• Take ownership of OTIF delivery
• Manage project Gross Profit and margins
• Identify and reduce operational costs
