Kingscroft Professional Resources seeks an Operations Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation in Wales. You will oversee Production, Quality, Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics, Maintenance and Facilities to deliver targets and optimise performance.

You will develop performance metrics, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the MD to execute the company strategy while ensuring delivery and quality meet customer expectations.

• Proven track record delivering targets in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience leading multiple production-focused departments and teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics Maintenance and Facilities.
• Develop performance-based metrics to deliver the business plan and drive cost of sale efficiency.
• Work closely with departmental managers to define strategy and develop their teams.
• Drive daily performance and long-term goals of the plant.
• Lead continuous improvement and implement automation, process and operational changes.
• Develop the plant culture to deliver the business plan and exceed customer delivery/quality targets.
• Manage capital projects and investments for equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with the MD to ensure company strategy, plan and performance are achieved.
• Provide reporting and detailed performance analysis to group and business.
• Develop annual operational budgets aligned with a five-year strategic plan.
