Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination
- Post job adverts, screen applications, conduct telephone interviews
- Book paid trial shifts and coordinate logistics with internal team
- Manage feedback and transition successful applicants to HR for onboarding
- Time Sheet Oversight
- Review and verify employee timesheets against scheduled hours
- Approve accurate entries and flag discrepancies for follow-up
- Order Management
- Process supply orders submitted by cleaning teams
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries to various client sites
- Client Communication
- Manage the shared operations inbox
- Respond to client queries, resolve minor issues, and escalate when needed
- Occasionally liaise with clients via phone
- Operations Support
- Support internal scheduling and communication across the ops team
- Follow structured internal processes and contribute to improvements
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, administration, or team support roles
- Recruitment experience is strongly preferred (posting ads, screening CVs, interviewing)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
- Comfortable working with digital tools and shared systems (Microsoft Teams, shared inboxes)
- Experience with client communication and problem resolution
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a professional demeanour
