Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead at our distribution facility. You will assist the Supervisor by directing the work of other associates and handling receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct other associates as needed.
• Monitor workflow metrics and report to management.
• Conduct daily safety walks and communicate findings.
• Review shipments and staging for quality prior to shipping.
• Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping documents.
