Job summary

BIG Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager based in Glasgow or Manchester. You will lead cross-functional operational delivery, ensuring robust processes, reporting and controls across Studio and the wider business.

You will partner with leadership, finance and project teams to optimise capacity, resource planning and commercial delivery, while maintaining calm, organized oversight in a busy, project-driven environment.

• Senior operations experience in a project-based environment.
• Strong planning, reporting and finance literacy.
