Job summary

Octagon Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing and production. You will manage and develop teams, drive quality and productivity, and deliver cost performance while continuously improving processes.

You will work closely with Engineering, Sales and Supply Chain to support growth and ensure high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership with experience across manufacturing, production, engineering or a technical environment.
• Proven track record of leading day-to-day operations and production.
• Experience driving quality, productivity, delivery and cost performance.
• Experience improving processes through Lean/continuous improvement.
• Committed to high standards of Health & Safety.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain and senior management.
