• Knowledge and practical experience of processing Guarantees and SBLCs, including wording reviews.
• Familiarity with UCP 600, ISP98 and URDG 758; strong English communication.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead an eight-person Guarantee Operations team and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Review Guarantee and SBLC wording, issuances, amendments and closures.
• Escalate complex client and operational queries as needed.
• Produce monthly management and client reporting; ensure service delivery standards.
