Doncaster Minster is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the church operations function at a strategic and management level, supporting worship and its heritage and cultural role. The role involves working with the Vicar and senior team to manage operations and help deliver the Minster’s vision.

This full-time post (35 hours per week, Mon–Fri) includes an initial fixed-term of 2 years, with a strong possibility of renewal.

Formación

• Proven track record of successful operational leadership in a church or charity setting.
• Experience leading operations teams and implementing strategic plans.
• Ability to work with senior clergy and governance structures.
