Job summary

FM Conway is seeking an experienced Head of Operations for the Digital Urban Solutions division, based across Sevenoaks and London. You will lead day-to-day division activities, drive performance, and support growth while maintaining safety and budget discipline.

Leading and developing the team, you will align resources, processes and targets to improve productivity and profitability across contracts and projects.

• Proven track record improving productivity and performance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and KPI experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams, managing underperformance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division contracts and projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and standards.
• Collaborate with Divisional Director to deliver business plans and growth.
• Set priorities, processes and performance targets for consistency.
• Plan resources and budget, ensuring right people and equipment are in place.
• Monitor results, reduce delays, and manage costs and profitability.
• Lead and develop the Senior Contracts Managers and team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and health and safety standards.
