Job summary

London Nootropics is seeking an Operations Manager to scale our D2C and B2B operations from production to fulfilment, ensuring efficient supply chains and profitability. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive cost optimisations while enhancing customer experience.

The role offers autonomy and exposure to rapid growth, with progression pathways into senior leadership as the business expands. You will work closely with founders to implement scalable processes and AI-enabled solutions

Qualifications

• Min +3yrs experience in scaling D2C and B2B eCommerce operations.
• Expertise in production planning and scaling, ensuring smooth supply chain and inventory management.
• Ability to manage and execute complex projects with precision and speed.
• Strong background in fulfilment, logistics, and supply chain management for both D2C and B2B.
• Financial acumen: cash flow, cost of goods, and profitability metrics.
• Tech-savviness: Excel, Shopify, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management tools.

• Fulfilment & logistics management for D2C and B2B orders.
• Cash flow & COGS management to optimise profitability.
• Growth strategy and expansion into new markets and channels.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes.

• Define own scope and take ownership of high-impact projects.
• Champion AI enablement across business functions.
• Support wholesale and partner fulfilment in B2B operations.
