Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager for its flagship Manton Wood operation in Worksop. This 6-month fixed-term contract focuses on leading a major customer implementation, guiding teams, and delivering strong service performance.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working and drive improvement across safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse, logistics or supply chain ops in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to influence change and make decisions quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Track record of driving operational performance through people, processes and data.
• Experience with major customer implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations during a major customer implementation.
• Drive performance on safety, quality, productivity and service KPIs.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders as the operational lead.
• Coach and develop managers and supervisors for high performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
