Pod Talent is incredibly excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing B-Corp beauty and wellness company based in East Sussex to join their ever expanding team as an Operations Lead! This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in various international expansion projects and be part of huge growth plans in the coming years.

This operations lead role will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, and managing relationships with various stakeholder such as suppliers, copackers, 3PL partners, and some customers.

Responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to:

• Managing the logistics processes for outbound stock to Amazon warehouses across the UK and EU
• Oversee import/ export processes
• Source for new 3PL / manufacturers/ suppliers where necessary
• Communicate stock information to copackers and suppliers
• Find areas of improvement and streamlining processes

The ideal candidate experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in an end-to-end supply chain, operations, production, or logistics role
• Experience working in a startup or fast growth environment
• Ideally experience in a wellbeing/ food and bev/ cosmetics industry
• Passion for sustainability, wellbeing, and comfortable with a little bit of chaos!
