Job summary

Barclays in Knutsford invites graduates to join the Explorer Programme, a 2-year rotation-based role in Operations. You'll embark on three eight-month rotations across the operations business, gaining depth and breadth of experience from day one.

You'll build a strong foundation in operations, develop insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives while enjoying training and a collaborative campus environment at Knutsford.

Qualifications

• Strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the operations division with insights and expertise.
• Monitor real-time transaction flow, trade updates and exception queues.
• Perform KYC tasks following procedures related to AML policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and best practices.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
