Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift pattern: Any 5 out of 7

Shift Times: Nights, 2200 - 0600

About the Role

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a First Line Manager - Warehouse to coordinate our daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance within designated areas of the business
• Review and adjust resourcing levels to meet business needs
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure standards are met
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Lead and oversee a team of up to 25 staff

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong people management skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Analytically minded with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications in Supply Chain Management or Logistics are preferred.
