Job summary
Peace Recruitment Group Ltd in Northampton is seeking an Operations Finance Business Partner to join the finance team. You will work closely with operational and supply chain teams to improve financial performance and influence commercial decisions.
You’ll own budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting, analyse production costs and KPI, and provide financial insight to senior stakeholders. The role offers exposure to CAPEX evaluations and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Qualified or finalist level in CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong finance background.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Ability to analyse cost data and influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain to improve financial performance.
- Own budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting processes.
- Analyse production costs, logistics spend, overheads and KPIs.
- Support CAPEX evaluations, ROI analysis and business cases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and challenge overspend.
- Provide financial insight to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Support continuous improvement projects and business planning.
