This role combines hands-on management accounting with active business partnering to support managers in understanding financial performance and making informed commercial decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience (QBE).
• Strong management accounting fundamentals with analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts with operational stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insight to operational managers.
• Assist budget holders in understanding performance, risks and opportunities.
• Month-end accounting including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• KPI and performance reporting.
• Support improvements to financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Build strong relationships across finance and the wider organisation.
