Job summary

Insight Select in Sevenoaks, Kent is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to support the financial performance of the supply chain and operations teams. The role is hybrid and focuses on delivering financial insight, improving reporting and driving cost efficiencies.

The ideal candidate has FP&A or operations finance experience, strong Excel and BI skills, and a track record of cost reduction and process improvement within an international organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, operations finance or cost accounting required.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to deliver financial insight and analysis.
• Prepare KPI reporting, accruals, reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Monitor inventory, costing and financial performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and operational projects.
• Develop and automate financial reporting.
