Job summary

MicroNav Trainings seeks an Operations Manager to lead the simulator and estates function, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient operations aligned with business goals. The role includes line management, rostering, sales co-ordination and staff/customer interaction to deliver a seamless experience on-site.

You will oversee maintenance, configuration, and development of simulator operations, ensuring compliance and quality standards while supporting project work and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-level, HNC/HND, degree level or equivalent relevant experience in operations, engineering, simulation, aviation training, IT systems or a related technical environment.
• Experience in operations management, simulator operations, technical support, training delivery or facilities/site management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee simulator operations to ensure reliability, security and efficiency aligned with delivery needs.
• Line manage rostering and office teams to ensure smooth scheduling and reporting for senior management and customers.
• Support compliance with health & safety, risk assessments and quality policies across the site.
• Travel as needed to support business opportunities and projects.
• Engage with customers and staff to maintain a professional, safe and well-presented site.
