Job summary

MBM Executive Travel Recruitment is seeking an Operations Executive for an established travel business in the Greater London area. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-focused and eager to build a career in travel operations.

You will support the smooth delivery of tours, manage bookings, and coordinate with suppliers while keeping records up to date. Hybrid working—3 days in the office and 2 days from home—offers flexibility and a clear development path in travel

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
• Confident with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn.
• Travel, tourism, operations or administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
