Qualifications

• Street Works (NRSWA) qualification is desirable.
• Strong supervisory capability and experience in highway maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and traffic management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational teams and coordinate contractors to deliver highway services.
• Monitor performance, inspect worksites, and ensure safety standards.
• Manage daytime and out-of-hours operations including winter service.
• Oversee traffic management arrangements and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Assist with planning and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
