This role will suit a range of candidates from Operations Managers looking for a step up in to their next role, through to Operations Directors who are looking to move into a Managing Director Position.

As such, if your salary falls outside the advertised range but you feel that you have the required skills, we would still like to hear from you.

Experience in either private sector social housing or a housing association is essential.

Our client is a privately owned Social Housing provider, based in Manchester. Due to significant growth, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team by identifying an experienced Operations Director.

You will take the lead on driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation, looking at all processes, driving efficiency, and identifying ways to future proof the organisation as they continue to grow.

People skills are going to be essential. You will need to embed yourself in a settled team that includes a range of skills from the office and administration team, as well as the in-house maintenance team. Your ability to be visible and lead from the front is going to be the key to success as the business drives to double the size of its portfolio and enter new areas of the housing market.

You will also need to be highly analytical. As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations including budgets and ensuring operational compliance is followed.
