Job summary

Our City is seeking a transformational Chief Operating Officer to become the operational backbone as we grow. You will report to the Chief Executive and take responsibility for income generation, impact and evidence, business planning, governance, performance management and the systems underneath them all.

You will line-manage four roles and sit on the Senior Management Team, freeing the CEO to focus on strategy and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Owns income generation, impact and evidence, business planning, governance, performance management and the systems underneath them all.
• Line-manages four people: the Pathways Lead, Marketing Lead, Project Manager and Futures Lead.
• Sits on the Senior Management Team and reports to the Chief Executive.
