Job summary

Young People Foundation Trust is seeking a seasoned operations leader to assume a pivotal role on the Senior Management Team. You will hold operational responsibility, freeing the Chief Executive to focus on strategy, donors and the funding pipeline.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will own income generation, impact and evidence, drive business planning and governance, and oversee performance management and underlying systems, while line-managing four designated roles.

Qualifications

• Hold operational responsibility off the Chief Executive's plate.
• Line-manage four staff: Pathways Lead, Marketing Lead, Project Manager, Futures Lead.
• Report to the Chief Executive and sit on the Senior Management Team.
