Package: £80,000 – £120,000 base + excellent bonus + benefits

Overview:

We’re working with a leading real estate consultancy to appoint an experienced Operations Director to lead operational strategy and excellence across their infrastructure division. This is a key leadership role focused on enabling growth, optimising internal systems, and driving cultural and performance alignment across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy in line with overall business objectives
• Oversee key functions: resource planning, compliance, systems, and admin
• Drive operational transformation and process optimisation
• Lead performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and governance
• Manage internal infrastructure and resource allocation
• Support strategic initiatives including ESG and client delivery
• Lead and mentor senior operational staff, promoting a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in senior operations leadership, ideally in consultancy or professional services
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen
• Proven experience in business transformation and performance management
