Job description

We have been appointed to secure an Operations Director for a UK-based IFM contractor. Our client delivers workplace, FM, project management, and energy services across public & private sector customers. In recent years, they have experienced significant revenue growth through organic growth and M&A activity.

We are seeking a strategic operational leader to further develop and deliver hard FM and project activities. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading a large-scale engineering and projects team
2. Taking commercial and financial accountability for a large P&L (100mil+)
3. Collaborating with the work-winning team to identify and secure viable bids
4. Developing project activity and services
5. Managing specialist supply chain
6. Building long-term relationships with key customers and expanding contract scope
7. Upskilling and developing the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
8. Utilizing data, technology, BI, and analytics to enhance delivery efficiency

We are looking for a senior-level operator with a proven track record in managing, developing, and leading a Hard FM or projects business.
