The Company

My client is a Specialist Facade Contractor with a reputable name in the drylining industry.

They are an established and professional subcontractor with over 30 years of experience in their field.

They offer their clients a full facade solution, from design through to completion.

The company has expanded at an impressive rate in a carefully controlled manner.

Headquarters based in Essex, with projects in London.

Due to continued success, my client is looking to appoint a strategic Operations Director to oversee their facade works.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of facade/cladding projects.
• Developing work plans, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Providing leadership and support.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring daily operational systems.
• Attending progress meetings.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all construction processes are efficient.
• Implementing risk management procedures throughout delivery, ensuring that the business eliminates, mitigates, or manages risk appropriately.
