Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead a large FMCG manufacturing site. You will set and deliver operational strategy, uphold safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and drive performance for customers and colleagues.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will inspire teams, shape the site roadmap, build talent, manage unions, and oversee efficiency and digital transformation.
