PEXA UK is seeking an Operations Director to shape the next stage of our UK journey. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will lead the strategic direction, alignment and performance of operations across PEXA, Optima Legal and Amity Law.

Our UK business is scaling in a fast‑changing, regulated financial‑services environment. You will bring structure and clarity, drive cross‑functional collaboration and ensure delivery while maintaining discipline and commercial acumen.
