The role involves collecting cost data, updating budgets, generating reports, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across service and installation projects. A detail-oriented, Excel-savvy communicator is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations support, cost administration, finance support, or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate cost data (engineer timesheets, materials, invoices, travel).
• Update job budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete values.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and timely for payment.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support operational efficiencies.
• Track profitability of service contracts, warranty work, and installations.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, Project Managers, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Maintain cost-control procedures and reports.
• Support financial tracking of projects from initiation to completion.
