Job summary

AWD online is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support busy teams in the arboriculture sector from Polegate. You will help with training, onboarding, scheduling, compliance and community initiatives, acting as a central point of contact across HR, Operations, Compliance and Finance.

You will maintain accurate records, coordinate resources and support day-to-day service delivery while contributing to local community impact with RAMS, inductions and budget updates.
