Responsibilities:

The Operations Coordinator manages back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store. This role involves providing excellent client service, supporting sales initiatives, managing inventory, and assisting with store opening and closing procedures. Key duties include coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, supporting client activities, and acting as a manager on duty when needed.

Sales: Build client relationships to foster loyalty and increase sales. Support sales goals through operational activities, capturing customer data, and acting as Guest Experience Manager. Drive business through key product pillars.

Service: Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany ambassador. Execute best practices, optimize store amenities, and respond to client feedback effectively.

Operational Excellence: Provide operational support to drive sales and service. Perform daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, and repairs. Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain inventory accuracy. Collaborate with team members to improve performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required:
- 2-3 years retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to perform various tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the role is based.

Preferred:
- College/university degree.
- Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
