Current Vacancy

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator based at our Felixstowe office in Ocean Import & EU Road.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  1. Moving shipments via all methods of transport – Road, Air, Courier, Ocean ensuring all customs requirements are also met and in place.
  2. Ensuring all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  3. Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Providing accurate information to our clients regarding their material and shipments.
  5. Problem solving & critical thinking to optimise service delivery and maximise margins.
Job Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents
  • Good understanding and appreciation of a proactive safety culture
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of International Deep Sea Imports
  • A desire to continually improve
