  • Process and support electricity market activities, including actioning industry dataflows and handling new electrical meter registrations, updates and de-registrations through MPRS, Infinity and ECOES, with a focus on accuracy and timely completion.

  • Carry out data cleanse activities across internal and industry systems to help ensure MPAN and metering records remain accurate, aligned and up to date, identifying discrepancies and supporting the correction of data where needed.

  • Occasionally support our heat acquisition activities by responding to external customer telephone enquiries with prompt, professional and accurate information, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Provide ad hoc support to the Operational Management Team as and when required

  • Efficient handling of C2 plant enquiries, ensuring customers and stakeholders receive reliable network information.

  • Effective support of the POC process, contributing to the timely delivery of new connections and positive stakeholder outcomes.

  • High levels of accuracy and integrity maintained across MPAN records, reducing data discrepancies and ensuring compliance with industry requirements.

  • Electricity market activities completed accurately and within required timescales, supporting operational performance, regulatory compliance and customer service delivery.
