Job summary

Bodhi Solutions is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to support delivery of construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects in Bolton. You will work with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to coordinate resources and keep accurate project records.

You will help ensure works run smoothly, maintain trackers and documentation, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to support project handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, construction administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• A proactive approach to following up actions and escalating issues.
